E-STP PLANTS :

Developed with electro-coagulation, of e-STP treats sewage, sullage and laundry water effectively. Our electrolytic sewage treatment plant comprising the process of pumps, Electro oxidation chamber, Electro Chlorination sand filter and activated carbon filter, also comes with modern sludge de-watering system for hygienic sludge dewatering and disposal utilities. The electrolytic sewage water treatment system is environmental, user and operator friendly. It is also compact in space. Our treatment plants are installed in Hospitals, Colleges & School Hostels, and Hotels. In Residential apartments and Foods & Beverage industries for treatment of gray water and removal of oil & grease.

TECHNOLOGY :

Electro-Coagulation (EC) technology used in e-STP offers tremendous advantages for sewage treatment.

  • No Aeration - No blower
  • Compact - Saves 60% space
  • Runs effectively in very cool climatic conditions as well
  • Modular - Prefabricated
  • Uses only electricity for process
  • Makes recycling of sewage a reality

  • One minute Treatment process
  • 100% chemical free process
  • Noise free and smell free
  • Plug & Use: Switch on and switch off
  • Saves on capital cost, operating cost, time
  • Treats effectively other industrial wastewaters.

Key Reactions :

  • Oxidation / Reduction
  • pH change
  • Sweep coagulation
  • Charge neutralization
  • Floatation
  • Electrophoresis
  • Disinfection

Cod Reduction with EC :

  • Removes COD by 70-80% in a single step.
  • Sewage & sullage COD range 500- 700 Mg/l.
  • With EC this will be reduced to 100-150 Mg/l.
  • BOD is also reduced proportionally.
  • Treated water confirms to discharge standards of CPCB.

Features :

  • Coagulates suspended solids & settle into sludge
  • Oxidizes organics and reduce soluble COD
  • Destroys pathogens

  • It is probably one of the very few processes that offer sustained PATHOGEN FREE treated water irrespective of the changes in the quality and quantity of the input. The process makes sewage re-use a PRACTICAL REALITY instead of just a "concept on paper".
  • It is cheaper than any other biological system. When we take the actual cost of the STP - equipment + civil works, e-STP becomes extremely cost effective and beneficial.
  • It offers tremendous savings in operating costs. .Its operating cost is directly proportional to the actual sewage processed, unlike biological systems.
  • It does not require 24*7 operator attention, which is the case of most of the biological systems. and finally, it provides consistent, sustained treated water quality which makes re-use of sewage practical and a source of revenue generation and/or cost reduction.
  • It comes with a complete sludge handling system. There is no need for sludge drying beds or no manual handling of sludge. Disposable bags are provided for disposing semi dry or dry sludge.

  • Goodbye to large civil works

  • Noise free
  • Large civil work cost
  • Construction & stabilization time
  • Manpower- single shift operation
  • Fresh water purchase by recycling
  • Sewer charges
  • Independent of climate / temperature
  • Operating cost- operate only if effluent is available
  • Capital cost- 60% of land compared to biological process
